About Me

My coaching and consulting is grounded in over a decade of experience in community organizing and social movement campaigning. Many of my formative moments as an organizer and campaigner were spent at IfNotNow where I worked for over 5 years as a Field Organizer and Organizing Director. During that time I sharpened my skills in distributed campaigning, building scalable trainings, network management, and team building.

Since then, I have been providing leadership and campaign coaching for different movements and organizations working on a variety of issues from climate change to student debt to housing.  I also been work with organizations to develop new trainings, building out programs that create transformative experiences and develop the leadership of both participants and trainers.

I deeply believe that the leaders taking the most responsibility for making the bold shifts we need deserve quality and holistic support. To that aim, I am currently getting my Masters in Social work at UCLA and working towards my license in clinical social work with the hope to add mental health services to my offerings one day. Stay tuned for more updates on that soon!

I currently live in LA, and have roots in Detroit.
